Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase from ImCoffeeLover (the "Store"). By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept, do not use the Store.

2. Scope of the Store

The Store sells print-on-demand (POD) apparel and accessories: products are printed or produced only after you order. Descriptions, prices and availability may change at any time.

3. Orders and contract formation

• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
• We may decline or cancel an order before production begins, for example if the item is out of stock, pricing is obviously wrong, or we suspect fraud. Any amount already charged is refunded in full.
• You can cancel an order for free while it is still in the "pending" state, before it moves to production.

4. Personalized and custom products

Products made to your specification — including items printed with artwork or text you upload, and items configured with a personal name or monogram — are produced individually for you.

Items from our standard catalogue, printed with our own designs and without any personalization chosen by you, are ordinary goods and keep the statutory withdrawal rights described in the Refund Policy.

5. Prices, payment and currency

• All prices are in USD (US dollars).
• Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout.
• The charge on your statement appears under the descriptor shown at checkout and matching our Store name.
• Import duties, VAT, GST and other customs charges for deliveries outside the United States are the customer's responsibility, unless the checkout states that they are included.
• We do not offer subscriptions and there are no recurring or hidden charges.

6. Production and delivery

Production and delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. They are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on our fulfillment partners.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

• Designs, graphics, text and branding published by the Store remain our property or that of our licensors.
• Artwork or text you upload stays yours. You confirm you hold the rights to it, and you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to produce and deliver your order.
• You may not reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the Store without our written permission.

9. Product accuracy

Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed product, and small variations in position or tone are normal in print-on-demand production. Photographs are illustrative of the product you receive.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
• Please contact us first at the support email above: most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.
• If we cannot resolve it, and you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protection, the mandatory rules of your country of residence continue to apply and you may bring proceedings in its courts.
• EU residents may also contact their national consumer dispute resolution (ADR) body.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version.

13. Final provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy, Refund and Shipping Policies, are the entire agreement about your purchase.
